You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the legal authority to act on behalf of a prospective resident, to engage our services.
3. Description of Services
Harmony provides elderly care home services in Singapore. Our services include long-term residential care with daily living assistance and health monitoring, short-term caregiver relief stays ranging from two nights to one month, and a weekday creative ageing day programme focused on arts and expression. Specific service details, inclusions, and pricing are described on our Solutions page and in the service agreement provided at the time of enrolment. Service availability may vary based on capacity and staffing.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website, you agree to provide accurate and current information in any forms or enquiries. When engaging our services, families and authorised representatives are expected to provide complete and accurate health and personal information during the intake process, inform us promptly of any changes to the resident's health status or care needs, respect the rights and comfort of other residents and staff, comply with Harmony's community guidelines and visiting policies, and settle all fees in a timely manner as outlined in the service agreement.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in the service agreement provided at enrolment. Current indicative pricing is published on our website: Community Residential Care at SGD 2,300 per month, Caregiver Relief Programme at SGD 780 per week, and Creative Ageing Day Programme at SGD 450 per month. Fees are payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are due at the beginning of each billing period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to affected families. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the standard scope of care, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Residential Care, a minimum of 30 days' written notice is required for discharge. Fees paid for the notice period are non-refundable. For the Caregiver Relief Programme, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled stay are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial charge. For the Creative Ageing Day Programme, withdrawal requires 14 days' notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable.

8. Service-Specific Terms

Creative Ageing Day Programme: Participation is subject to availability. The programme operates on weekdays and includes a light lunch. Harmony reserves the right to modify programme schedules and activities.
9. Disclaimers
While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, Harmony does not make representations or warranties regarding specific health outcomes. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis and are subject to the qualifications and limitations of our staff and facilities. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. Families should consult with healthcare professionals for specific medical questions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, Harmony's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Harmony is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Harmony, its officers, staff, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our website, or the provision of inaccurate information during the intake or service engagement process.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the cancellation policy above. Harmony may also terminate services if a resident's care needs exceed our capacity, fees remain unpaid beyond 30 days despite written reminders, or continued provision of care poses a safety risk to the resident, other residents, or staff. In the event of termination, we will work with the family to arrange a smooth and respectful transition.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Harmony regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or by direct notification to active service users. Continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
